I take on no more than three clients at a time, so I read every one of these myself and reply within a week. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you, and usually who is.
Questions people ask.
Do you do the work as well?
No, and that's deliberate. I advise, review and decide with you. Your team, agency or freelancers do the work. It keeps my advice honest and your costs sensible.
Can you work alongside our agency?
Yes, and it's often where I'm most useful. I'm the senior, independent check on whether their plan fits your goals. Good agencies welcome that. The ones that don't are worth noticing.
Can we just book a Clean Slate day?
Yes. Plenty of brands only need one clear view of what matters. The written view is yours to keep whether we carry on or not.
Remote or in person?
Either. I'm based in Sheffield, but often working remote. I'll travel when being in the room matters.
Why only three clients?
Because I run an e-commerce business of my own, and three is what I can do properly alongside it. It also means you're never a small account.
Is there a minimum term?
Clean Slate Day is a one-off, if the engagement continues after this I work for three months, then rolling monthly. Long enough to make a real difference, and no longer than you need me.
